Remote First, Always

Not everyone works the same way — and that’s by design. Archer is a remote-first company, built to support employees across time zones with the flexibility to work where they do their best work. Some thrive in the energy of our KC office, while others prefer the focus of home — and both are fully supported.

We know rest is essential for great work. Archer employees receive up to three weeks of PTO each year, 12 company-wide holidays, and sick days.
